In days gone by, families lived only miles from each other and were able to be there for one another in minutes...We don't have that privilege, at this time. We are now separated by 100's of miles...
I have had this thought for a very long time - that you...my daughters and I stay in close contact by discussing things that would STRENGTHEN each other..... After reading a few of the General Conference talks this past April, I found my feelings intensifying...this NEED to be CLOSER...even if it means to BLOG...I only have YOU all listed on this blog...Didn't include the boys, since that is what our FAMILY blog is all about...Just WOMAN to WOMAN things...
Each talk I would read, I wanted to talk about the counsel we were getting...So many of the talks were referring to WOMEN/MOTHERS...in these latter days...FAMILIES were the main focus in this last conference...
We are heading into very troubled waters all over the world...I sensed FAMILIES need to fortify big time...
It may only be ME...feeling this deep desire...so, I would totally understand...if this is not something you would be interested or have time for...Know it doesn't have to be EVERY DAY...It is just...KNOWING we have a LIVING PROPHET giving us counsel to prepare for what is to come...especially the Savior's Second coming...I just thought we could study and discuss talks...together...It would be a way...we would strengthen each other...like we would do if we LIVED CLOSE BY EACH OTHER...
Know I think and PRAY over EACH of YOU...It is what WOMEN do BEST!!! (smile) We are concerned over the well being of others...
